Policies
A few house rules so every guest enjoys a calm, comfortable stay. If anything is unclear, please call us before you book.
Guests
- The person booking must be 21 or over
- Children aged 10 and over are welcome
- Maximum of 4 guests
Stay and check in
- Minimum stay of 5 nights
- Check in from 2pm, check out by 10am
- Please share your flight details so we can leave lights on for late arrivals
- We can't host guests on site waiting for a later flight. Baggage storage is available for a small fee at the Islander Hotel, across from the airport
Deposit and payment
- 30% non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of booking
- Remaining 70% due at least 30 days before arrival
- Travel insurance is highly recommended
- For changes to your booking, contact us as soon as possible
Use of the home
- No parties
- Maximum of 4 visitors on site at any time, and visitors must leave by 9pm
- Quiet time from 9pm to 9am
- No pets
Smoking and vaping
- Not permitted inside or anywhere near the home
- Please dispose of butts responsibly
Damage or loss
- A $250 bond is held on file to cover any damage
- Damage or loss is charged at replacement value
